This rule focuses on explaining how the AI tools we provide collect, store, use, and transfer personal information to our partners. Regarding your use of Gaia AI tools related to dispute resolution, providing you with security, other rules for collecting and using personal information, disclosure of personal information, your rights, storage of information, Juvenile protection, our contact information, relevant definitions and universality, principle content, and other matters not covered, the Gaia Privacy Policy applies uniformly. Additionally, the large model stores personal information and process-related information generated during processing within the territory of the People's Republic of China, in line with the necessity principle. We have also explicitly mandated our entrusted model providers not to use your input content for model training or optimization.
We fully recognize the significance of personal information protection to you, and remain fully committed to strictly adhering to applicable laws and regulations, safeguarding the security of your personal information with the utmost responsibility.
